S. Sheba Nayak
Academic Coordinator
S. Sheba Nayak serves as Academic Coordinator for Lioncrest Online Academy. A Christian educator with more than six years of classroom and leadership experience—all of it within the Lioncrest family of schools—she oversees instructional quality, supports teachers, and helps ensure that every classroom reflects both academic excellence and a Christ-centered foundation.
Sheba holds a Master's degree in Biological Sciences (Zoology) from Andhra University and a Professional Graduate Certificate in Teaching & Learning (PgCTL) from Suraasa, carrying a UK-accredited ATHE Level 6 Diploma in Teaching—a structured qualification in modern pedagogy, assessment, and instructional design. Across her years in education she has taught at every level from Kindergarten through High School, giving her a rare, fully vertical view of how students learn and grow across their entire academic journey.
Her leadership runs deep. As Principal within the Lioncrest Group of Schools, she led curriculum, developed faculty, and upheld the academic standards that define a thriving school. At Lioncrest Teachers Training College, she trained new educators in the Lioncrest pedagogy and culture—shaping fresh teachers from the ground up in the methods and values that set our classrooms apart. This combination of classroom mastery, school leadership, and teacher formation is exactly what an Academic Coordinator brings to bear: not just teaching well, but raising the standard of teaching across an entire program.
Grounded in a deep Christian faith, Sheba is passionate about education that forms the whole student—mind and character alike. She believes character and competence are inseparable, and that a Christ-centered classroom should produce not careful copies but courageous, capable original thinkers—students prepared to do great things with the gifts God has given them.
Part of a family of sister schools

Lioncrest Online Academy doesn't stand alone. Its sister schools — Miriam, Paramjyoti, and Lioncrest are all a group of sister schools led by Josh Komanapalli sharing one mission and one standard: Christ-centered excellence and future-ready leadership. A little bigger than a single brand, every school carries the same conviction forward.
